Live: Australia vs India, Champions Trophy semifinal
16th over – Ellis leaks a boundary off the last ball
Nathan Ellis returns to the attack as Australia looks to break up the spin.
Ellis trying his absolute heart out out there so far and he takes a tumble after one of his deliveries to Kohli.
FOUR! SHOT! That's the best from Kohli so far. Ellis drops short to end the over and Kohli swivels onto the back foot and absolutely creams a pull shot behind square leg.
Ellis frustrated after giving up a boundary off the last ball of his over for the second time. That boundary ruined a good over.
India and Australia both 2-82 after 16 overs. Absolutely nothing between these two teams so far.
15th over – Zampa almost traps Kohli with a googly
Adam Zampa to continue, into his third over now.
His first delivery looks like it's going to be a juicy full toss, but dips on Kohli at the last minute and ends up yorking the Indian star.
The commentators noting that India have been able to pick off Zampa for singles a little too easily. Smith needs to force a false shot out of Shreyas and Virat here.
BIG LBW APPEAL! Zampa rips a googly past the defence of Virat Kohli. It's given not out on the field and after a quick conference, Australia opts against a review. That looked to be sliding down leg.
Just giving Kohli a little something to think about with that delivery.
14th over – Shreyas breaks the shackles with a crucial boundary
Connolly continues what has been a very impressive spell so far.
FOUR! What lovely wrist work from Shreyas! He backed away in Connolly's run up to the point where I thought he wasn't ready to face up, and then he works it past backward point for a boundary. That releases the pressure that has been building up just a little bit.
This partnership up to 28 off 37 deliveries now, seven runs off that Connolly over.
13th over – Zampa continues to keep things tight
Adam Zampa continues. How attacking is Smith willing to be with his field settings here?
Zampa picks up a lot of his wickets by bowling stump to stump and inducing risks out of batters all over the work.
Another quiet over for India, just three singles off it. Zampa's been right on the money early on here.
Shreyas 12 off 17 and Virat is 14 off 21.
12th over – Connolly responds well after expensive over
Steve Smith continuing to show faith in Connolly despite an expensive last over.
Much better from Connolly in that over, as he gives up just four runs.
The game going into a bit of a holding pattern now as Shreyas and Virat get stuck into their work.
11th over – Adam Zampa comes into the attack
Steve Smith turns to his trump card as Adam Zampa comes into the attack.
This is the match. Zampa is the one who can spin Australia to victory tonight.
A nice tidy over from Zampa, just three off it, all via singles.
India will certainly be happy to milk him for a few quiet overs while picking off the less experienced bowlers.
10th over – Shreyas gets off the mark with a pair of boundaries
Cooper Connolly to continue after an impressive first over.
FOUR! RISKY! Shreyas goes for a full-blooded cut and edges it, but it's wide of Smith at first slip, and he picks up a boundary.
FOUR MORE! Oh this is a proper bad delivery, it's a full toss on Shreyas's hip and he picks up an easy boundary on the leg side.
Eight runs off that over. India 2-55 after the first 10 overs of this chase.
9th over – Kohli responds with a boundary after tense over
Nathan Ellis to continue. Australia with their tails up all of a sudden now.
I'll tell you what, if they can somehow take out Kohli early here, they'll be a red-hot chance at winning this match.
Kohli's definitely going to take his sweet time getting the hang of this pitch after that wicket. It's not easy to hit out from ball number one.
BEATEN! That's the ball! Ellis seams one away from Kohli who is beaten looking to drive on the up through the off side. That's the ball Kohli nicked at will all summer in Australia.
Smith hasn't got a slip in, I'd be putting one in to Kohli, particularly with the movement Ellis is getting away from him.
FOUR! That will release some pressure for India! Ellis gets too full to end the over and Kohli lofts him down the ground for a boundary. Lovely timing.
LBW! Connolly sends Rohit packing in first over

MASSIVE strike for India as Cooper Connolly grabs a wicket in his first over!
Rohit Sharma goes for a big sweep shot and misses it and is struck in front of middle and leg stump.
The umpire gives it out and Rohit deliberates with Virat before opting to go for a review.
He's got no bat on it and that's absolutely plumb.
Massive wicket for Australia, the Indian skipper departs for 28 off 29 deliveries.
8th over – Connolly into the attack as Smith turns to spin
Interesting move here from Australia as Cooper Connolly comes into the attack inside the powerplay.
He's bowling from around the wicket to the two right-handers.
A tidy start for Connolly, just one off it to go with the wicket of Rohit.
Shreyas Iyer is the new man at the crease for India. A little stutter for the favourites in their run chase.
Still plenty of batting left in the shed of course.
7th over – Dwarshuis continues impressive opening spell
Dwarshuis continues after picking up a wicket in his last over.
Dangerous from Virat! He tries to take the attack to Dwarshuis by prancing down the track, and hits an airy drive that falls just short of a diving Travis Head.
Another tidy over from Dwarshuis, just three off it that time.
6th over – Kohli comes to the crease as Ellis continues spell
The master of the ODI run chase, Virat Kohli, is out in the middle now.
These two have combined for over 25,000 runs in this format of the game, two of the greatest to ever do it in the 50-over format.
Nathan Ellis continues his spell, I like his outswing against Virat, who is prone to nicking a ball or two these days.
Ellis draws a leading edge from Kohli with his first delivery to the Indian star, who gets off the mark with a single.
FOUR! A murderous thump down the ground from Rohit that had the umpire, Chris Gaffaney, ducking for cover. Terrific shot from the Indian captain.
BOWLED! Dwarshuis sends Shubman packing

Australia has its early opening!
Shubman Gill tries to invent something out of nothing, but only succeeds in inside-edging the ball back onto the stumps.
Ben Dwarshuis has a well-deserved wicket as Gill has to go for eight off 11 deliveries.
5th over – Rohit continues to ride his luck
Dwarshuis continues his spell. He's been pretty good so far.
FOUR! This is some shot from Shubman Gill. He comes down the track and forearms the ball through midwicket for a boundary.
That looked like a two-handed backhand across the court you'd see from prime Rafael Nadal at Roland-Garros.
FOUR! What a bizarre shot! Rohit goes for a little lap sweep and under edges it past the diving Josh Inglis behind the stumps for a boundary.
4th over – Ellis troubles Rohit with a wonderful delivery
BEATEN! Brilliant delivery from Ellis! It pitches on off stump and seams away and squares up Rohit.
Good pace from Ellis here, he's operating in the high 130s so far. There's enough movement there for both pacemen.
Just two runs off the over for India, both coming via singles off the final two balls. Terrific over from Ellis.
3rd over – Rohit Sharma dropped again, this time by Marnus
Marnus Labuschagne dropped a tough chance off the bat of Rohit Sharma. (Getty Images)
Dwarshuis continues to swing it into both India's right-handers.
Shubman Gill goes for a cut shot but gets cramped up due to the movement and bottom edges it through to the keeper.
DROPPED AGAIN! Rohit Sharma is given another lifeline!
The Indian captain looked to loft Dwarshuis over the off side but didn't time it, Marnus Labuschagne runs back with the flight of the ball and puts in a superb diving effort, but spills it.
That would've been a sensational catch. It would've been similar to the one that Travis Head took in the 2023 World Cup final to dismiss Rohit.
Another chance goes begging for the Aussies.
2nd over – Connolly drops big chance off Rohit
Nathan Ellis comes hustling in with the other new ball for Australia.
Can they get some early wickets in this run chase to put the cat amongst the pigeons as the great Bill Lawry used to say?
SIX! That ball won't help Australia's cause. It's short, but nowhere near high enough and Rohit pulls it over long on for a maximum.
DROPPED! Oh no! A chance spilled for Australia! Rohit tries to cut Ellis away and hits it towards Cooper Connolly at backward point, and he's spilled it. A massive let-off!
You've got to take those at this level, I'm sorry.
The body language doctor is in and he's not liking what he's seeing from Australia after that drop, lots of heads being thrown back. They know how big that chance was.
A good over from Ellis other than the six delivery.
1st over – Dwarshuis with the new ball for Australia
Ben Dwarshuis to start things off for Australia, he's got a slip in place.
Rohit Sharma to take the first ball, with Gill watching on at the non-striker's end.
Shubman averages 60 with a strike rate of just a hair above 100 in ODIs, some record that.
Dwarshuis with some nice shape back into the right-hander first up to Rohit.
FOUR! Too straight from Dwarshuis, who swings one onto Rohit's pads and that is easy pickings for the Indian skipper as he tickles it down to the fine leg boundary.
Another one on Rohit's legs and he clips it in the air onto the leg side, doesn't quite time it this time so he's got to settle for three.
A good delivery to end the over from Dwarshuis, but seven off it, which makes it a good start for India.
India's run chase set to get underway
Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill head out to the middle.
They're followed closely by Australia's side, who will be hunting early wickets like a pack of hyenas here.
I reckon that's the only way Australia can defend this total, they need to bowl India out.
If India bats the 50 overs, they'll chase these down in canter.
